Outlaws Outside is a music universe built around people who have never quite found where they belong. It begins with KK, who sets out hoping to find his own voice as an artist and slowly realizes his real gift lies somewhere else: in seeing the light in other people, especially the ones the world tends to overlook. One by one, he finds them, and together they start building the home none of them ever had. It becomes a label, then a community, and eventually something closer to a legend.

At the center of it all is a question we think matters to everyone: how do we stay human after life breaks our heart? We look for the answer through music, friendship, ambition, identity, laughter, failure and myth, and through the small, brave choices each character makes along the way.
